***All Inclusive plans: Limited to 30amp max $105.00 & 50amp max $150.00. Additional amounts will be charged on any electric used above the max monthly allowed.

Must decide upfront which Plan to initiate. Any changes from one plan to the other will incur a $250.00 fee and is only allowed once in a 12 month period. No plan change allowed between April and Sept. All current tenants will be allowed to make a plan change during the month of February 2025 with no plan change fee required.

Rates include two people and parking for two vehicles.
Additional Guest Fees (12 and older)
Daily Rates = $2 per day for each additional person
Weekly Rates = $10 per week for each additional person
4 Week Rates = $20 per month for each additional person     

Site Descriptions

Standard Sites: back-in access, gravel, free Wi-Fi, and full 30/50 amp hook-ups.

Premium Sites: pull-thru and back-in access, shade trees, concrete pads, free Wi-Fi, and full 30/50 amp hook-ups.

Luxury Sites: over-sized sites, preferred location, shade trees, concrete pads with additional concrete patio, free Wi-Fi, and full 30/50 amp hook-ups.
